Mis montañas, mis memorias

“My mountains, my memories” is a series of 35mm photographs that reflects my landscapes and explores identity, roots and emigration. I have found in time an element of transformation, change, and hope. I have always thought that memories weave our existence. It is my grandparents, my parents, my Colombian roots reflected in this work in a poetic way with two images (double exposure) that reflect the importance of our essence, and the longing and hope of those who migrate to other places to find better times.
